Construction Structural Steel and Manufacturing

We provide NDT Inspection services to manufacturing/welding and machining companies. We also
service Structural steel inspection with NDT services both on erection site and in fabrication companies.
Services include Ultrasonic Testing (Thickness and weld inspection), Magnetic Particle Testing and Dye
Penetrant Testing (Visible and Fluorescent) and X-ray inspections.

Water Storage Tanks

We provide both external and internal structural steel and piping inspection of water storage tanks. For internal inspections we use either direct of indirect visual view techniques (I.E. diving or remote operated vehicles ROV) looking for damage and corrosion. Our NDT inspection usually consist of Ultrasonic Testing (Thickness readings) of an agreed upon grid pattern of the shell and piping systems.

Aerospace NDT Inspection

We provide NDT Inspection services to manufacturing companies that service the aerospace industry.
Services include Ultrasonic Testing (Thickness and weld inspection), Magnetic Particle Testing and Dye
Penetrant Testing (Visible and Fluorescent) and X-ray inspections. Our inspectors have all signed non-
disclosure agreements and have their TWIC cards.

Crane and Gantry inspection

We can provide NDT services to support both manufacturers required inspection and repair activities. Our inspectors are familiar with crane nomenclature and standards required for maintenance. We also can use certified climbers to access overhead cranes so no scaffolding will be needed.

Vessel NDT Inspection

We are an approved vendor by Lloyds register for:

  1. Non Destructive Examination (UT, PT, MT) for Damages, Welding repairs, Tail Shafts, Propellers.
  2. Thickness measurements on below ship types;
    1. Non-ESP ships  less than 500 gross tonnage and
    2. All fishing vessels.
