Non-Destructive Testing

Nondestructive Testing is a wide group of inspection methods that are used to evaluate the properties of a material, component, or system without causing damage to or destroying the original object. Because NDT does not permanently alter the object being inspected, it is a highly valuable method that can save both time and money in inspection.

Crane and Gantry inspection

We can provide NDT services to support both manufacturers required inspection and repair activities. Our inspectors are familiar with crane nomenclature and standards required for maintenance. We also can use certified climbers to access overhead cranes so no scaffolding will be needed.

Vessel Inspection NDT

We are an approved vendor by Lloyds register for:

1. Non Destructive Examination (UT, PT, MT) for Damages, Welding repairs, Tail Shafts, Propellers.
2. Thickness measurements on below ship types;

(A) Non-ESP ships  less than 500 gross tonnage and

(B) All fishing vessels.

CWI Certified Welding Inspector

Our CWI’s can come to you site and observe the welding to ensure the project is built to specifications.

Welder/Welding Procedure Qualifications

We can generate a welding procedure for your application, qualify your procedure, then qualify your welders to it. We can make the process simple for you so you will have all the paperwork you need when you are ready to start the job.

Special Access Inspections

Rope access, Confined space, Remote video. Nothing has to be out of reach. If you are having trouble inspecting an area we can find a way to get there.

Diving Inspection

Our staff includes certified commercial divers that can make waterfilled or underwater structures accessible for inspection.
